For over forty years Land Concern has played an integral role in developing highly successful communities and recreational amenities. Our commitment to innovative designs and our can-do attitude has allowed us to be a part of exceptional projects, and sometimes they allow us to partake in the victories of being involved in an award-winning project. There is no better way to celebrate our work and wrap up 2017 than with a win at this year’s Greater SMC’s SoCal Awards! Hosted in beautiful Downtown Disney at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel, the 2017 SoCal Awards recently honored The Hilltop by Rancho Mission Viejo, with Best Community Amenity Feature.
We are excited to share with you some updates on what we have been working on here at Land Concern and showcase our latest work. Read on for more information and other exciting news.
Life in Rancho Mission Viejo just got a little sweeter. Land Concern is pleased to announce the community recreational center at Esencia is officially open and ready to welcome its residents in. Along with many other contributors Land Concern is honored to have been a part of such a significant project. The Hilltop Club is located at the highest point of the community providing 360 degree views of the Cleveland National Forest, the Pacific Ocean, preserved hills and surrounding orchards.
Land Concern, alongside Anders Lasater Architects and team, are thrilled to be recognized by the American Institute of Architects OC (AIAOC) Design Awards 2016, for their work on the Silver Trumpet Bar and Restaurant. This exciting project received an honorary Citation Award for redefining and revitalizing a previously unused space within the Avenue of the Arts Hotel in Costa Mesa, CA.
