We are excited to announce that the 2017 SoCal Awards recently honored The Hilltop by Rancho Mission Viejo, with the “Best Community Amenity Feature” award. We are honored to have been able to play an integral role in developing and planning this award-winning project. LA FLORESTA TRAIL
Perimeter trails were woven into a California-themed landscape for connections to shopping and entertainment as well as outdoor fitness and swim clubs. The trail system connects to the major community corner where Land Concern designed the setting and lighting to showcase a wind-activated kinetic art piece by artists Douglas Hollis which is a tribute to the city’s oil history. BLACKSTONE ARTWALK
Land Concern recently teamed up with renowned Ceramicist, Sculptor and Muralist; Marlo Bartels, to create 8 new art pieces for Brea’s Art in Public Places collection. Located in the heart of Shea Home’s Blackstone community, each individual art piece represents the local flora, fauna and history of the area, along a one-mile linear open space. View the PORTFOLIO
SENDERO MARKETPLACE
The all-new Sendero Marketplace in Rancho Mission Viejo is open for business. With ranch/farm-inspired architecture, the center is defined by the use of native stone, clean-lined furnishings, indigenous-themed paving and a riparian landscape influenced by the adjacent San Juan Creek.
