Along with many other contributors Land Concern is honored to have been a part of such a significant project. The Hilltop Club is located at the highest point of the community providing 360 degree views of the Cleveland National Forest, the Pacific Ocean, preserved hills and surrounding orchards.

Its Interpretive Farmhouse architectural style is the perfect oasis nestled in the intergenerational hillside village in South Orange County. Imagined to be the recreational and social heart of Esencia, The Hilltop Club has been designed with resort-style amenities in mind. Complete with indoor-outdoor fitness and group exercise spaces, a bar with lounge area, BBQ pavilion seating, swimming pool and spa, bocce ball courts, game arcade, firepits, and a large lawn for community events, celebrations and gatherings.  The clubhouse is the ideal place for families and friends to enjoy time together and promises recreation for all ages.

Designed with families in mind, our team has created spaces for many types of indoor-outdoor recreation, including lounging, events, exercise, and entertainment areas, all designed with you in mind. As you enter The Hilltop Club, a picturesque gabion courtyard welcomes you in and offers intimate seating, a contemporary zinc fountain and a living wall. Surrounded by a serene natural backdrop, the large pool, beach-entry wader, and spa with a double-sided fountain wall find yourself at the center of an enchanting destination.

Just outside the aquatics area, explore the bocce courts, event lawn, and barbecue space furnished with two large built in barbecues, dining tables and lounge seating beneath a covered pavilion.
