For over forty years Land Concern has played an integral role in developing highly successful communities and recreational amenities. Our commitment to innovative designs and our can-do attitude has allowed us to be a part of exceptional projects, and sometimes they allow us to partake in the victories of being involved in an award-winning project. There is no better way to celebrate our work and wrap up 2017 than with a win at this year’s Greater SMC’s SoCal Awards! Hosted in beautiful Downtown Disney at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel, the 2017 SoCal Awards recently honored The Hilltop by Rancho Mission Viejo, with Best Community Amenity Feature.
Included amenities are:

Land Concern’s design team was instrumental in creating and planning this haven nestled in South Orange County. Surrounded by the serene natural backdrop of the preserved hills and surrounding orchards, The Hilltop’s resort-style amenities are unlike anything else. “We are honored to work with such a talented industry. Along with partnering with Rancho Mission Viejo, Robert Hidey and Associates, Fuscoe Engineering, Candela Electrical Engineers, Soltis Landscape and W.E O’Neill, their initial site planning, design, construction documents and on-site observation has resulted in an amenity that meets the desires and needs for a diverse population. It truly takes a team, and we look forward to our continued collaboration on projects with the entire team,” said Principal Mike Sweeney.
