Mike’s leadership qualities have resulted in attracting some of the building industry’s most prominent and successful developers to Land Concern. As the Chief Operations Officer at Land Concern with over 45 years of experience, Mike continues to excel in finding new and innovative solutions to the challenges faced by today’s communities.

As a leader, Mike strives to provide design solutions that address the desires and needs of clients and communities while also ensuring compatibility with the environment. He relies on the diversity and strengths of Land Concern’s team to focus primarily on Community Design, as well as Site and Recreational Landscape Master Planning at all scales. Through the development of inventive concepts and solutions, design guidelines, construction documents, consultant coordination, peer review, and field observation, Mike’s leadership has led to a diverse range of highly successful projects throughout Southern California.

Mike is a hands-on leader who enjoys the constant challenges and immediate nature of working in the field and with clients. This allows him to respond quickly to any questions or clarifications that may be needed. His strong coordination and management skills have enabled him to serve as the primary facilitator for several clients, providing review and coordination of developers, consultants, and overall project infrastructure.
