Philip comes to Land Concern with a highly developed design sense and expert technical skills. He is involved at all levels of the creative process and brings a practical and relevant eye to his projects to meet the varied needs of his clients. This begins at the design phase and continues throughout the project to final completion for a wide variety of projects at all scales. Phil has full responsibility for plan review, approval processing, client and consultant relations, project coordination, graphic preparation and 3D modeling for client and community presentations, and the development of the construction drawings. He has worked closely with clients ranging from local cities and other public agencies to homebuilders and custom residential clients to facilitate the creation of intimate residential designs, all the way to various model complexes, community trails, recreational facilities, and public park designs. Phil enjoys keeping up with design trends and embraces the challenge of looking for new and creative ways to find a beautiful and sustainable design solution for Land Concern’s clients.
