Land Concern has designed a unifying landscape for a senior housing community in the village of Rienda, Rancho Mission Viejo. This community, including assisted living, memory care, 55+ apartments, and senior cottages, is centered around a large courtyard featuring a clubhouse, swimming pool, pet park, social gathering spaces, and plazas. The design emphasizes accessibility and socialization, providing seniors with a welcoming and engaging outdoor environment.
