We are leading the Specific Plan and entitlement master plan for The Serranos in Chino Hills, transforming the former Serranos Golf Course into a new hillside neighborhood. Inspired by Cliff May’s indoor outdoor tradition, the plan emphasizes openness, simplicity, and a strong connection to the land. Homes, paseos, trails, and parks are organized around the site’s natural slopes and corridors, with landscape shaping how people move, gather, and live outdoors every day.
