The multi-leveled courtyards and paseos designed by Land Concern are visually stunning and fully accessible for residents to enjoy the indoor-outdoor California lifestyle. The project boasts exciting features such as a dog park, event lawns with shade structures, vegetable gardens, and a rooftop garden equipped with an outdoor kitchen, fire pits, and open lawns. Our landscape design aims to seamlessly blend with the existing campus and surrounding foothill landscape, creating a harmonious environment for residents to enjoy.
