The latest Melia Homes and Almquist Development, Forster Mixed Use, located in the heart of San Juan Capistrano’s historic district, is a multi-family mixed use project designed to create a harmonious environment for residents to enjoy. Our aim is to seamlessly blend the landscape design with the adjacent park and surrounding downtown fabric, while enhancing the streetscapes for farmer’s markets. The project features a central pool, spa, and recreation center, as well as an outdoor kitchen and lush paseos. Through our thoughtful design, we seek to foster a sense of community, connection, and engagement with San Juan Capistrano’s storied past.
