Rancho Mission Viejo’s Esencia project was recently named 2016 “Master Planned Community of the Year” at this year’s BIA’s Greater Sales and Marketing Council’s SOCAL Awards ceremony! Congratulations to RMV and the entire team!

Our dedicated team, led by Principal Mike Sweeney has continued to be a dynamic force in the partnership with RMV over the years and have watched these outstanding concepts become realities, we are honored to be a part of the tradition and are looking forward to future collaborations.

Esencia offers trails, parks, coastal views, scenic pastoral vistas and many outdoor activities. In addition to the BBQ Barn, there are multiple spaces for socializing and gathering together in a serene and tranquil environment. Esencia’s Grand Opening of the 2nd village will only further enhance the overall enjoyment of the community for all its residents. We are thrilled to have been part of this journey and can’t wait to see what else is in store at the beautiful Esencia community.
