The Sendero Recreation sites at the master planned community of Rancho Mission Viejo meet the needs of today’s multi-generational communities and the families that call them home.
From Millennials to Baby Boomers, these facilities have been innovated and designed for today’s active adults and families with an emphasis on a varied and unique experience for all residents. Some of the features that delineate this design intent is the inclusion of many types of activities such as a family play and lap pool, water play element for kids of all ages and a Bocce garden with fire pit, outdoor dining and BBQ area.
Land Concern understood Rancho Mission Viejo’s love of the land and the desire to impart that to the project. Great care was taken to retain the heritage oak trees on site which were boxed and saved during the grading operation. The color palette and materials reflect the architectural style and traditions of Rancho Mission Viejo and the commitment to the thoughtful development of the last large parcel of undeveloped land in South Orange County.
