Cordova is a thoughtfully designed infill community by Intracorp Homes that introduces 49 new residences into the established fabric of Alhambra. Drawing from the city’s Spanish heritage, the community pairs highly articulated architecture with an intimate landscape of paseos, courtyards and neighborhood gathering spaces.
LAND CONCERN’s landscape design reinforces the architectural character while creating a comfortable pedestrian experience within a compact urban site. Layered planting softens the three-story residences, landscaped paseos create welcoming connections between homes, and small patios, courtyards and shared outdoor spaces provide moments for gathering and retreat. The result is a contemporary infill neighborhood that feels connected to Alhambra’s established character while offering a distinct sense of place of its own.
