Magnolia Coast transforms a former oil tank farm in Huntington Beach into a vibrant coastal community shaped by marshland ecology and site history. Nearly ten years in the making, the landscape design draws from estuarial patterns, native habitats, and community connections. Trails, plazas, and public parks reflect the flow of the adjacent marsh while honoring the land’s layered past. In collaboration with Shopoff Realty, WATG, and JZMK, Land Concern led the landscape vision from concept through implementation.
