The Hilltop takes gold at the SoCal awards. Land Concern teams up with renowned ceramicist; Marlo Bartels, to create the Blackstone Art Walk. We unveil our work at La Floresta and Sendero Marketplace and more.
For over forty years Land Concern has played an integral role in developing highly successful communities and recreational amenities. Our commitment to innovative designs and our can-do attitude has allowed us to be a part of exceptional projects, and sometimes they allow us to partake in the victories of being involved in an award-winning project. There is no better way to celebrate our work and wrap up 2017 than with a win at this year’s Greater SMC’s SoCal Awards! Hosted in beautiful Downtown Disney at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel, the 2017 SoCal Awards recently honored The Hilltop by Rancho Mission Viejo, with Best Community Amenity Feature.
As the Lead Landscape Architect, Land Concern has assisted Rancho Mission Viejo in developing highly successful communities such as Rancho Santa Margarita, Las Flores, Ladera Ranch, Sendero and the latest community, Esencia. Continuing their legacy of designing unique recreational amenities, five new amenities for a diverse population are about to be unveiled in Esencia.
We are excited to share with you some updates on what we have been working on here at Land Concern and showcase our latest work. Read on for more information and other exciting news.
