We’re incredibly proud to announce that The Hilltop Club at Esencia in Rancho Mission Viejo by Rancho Mission Viejo Company has won big at the 2018 Gold Nugget Awards. The Hilltop Club at Esencia was honored with the Best Recreational Facility Use award, wowing the judges with its exceptional blend of space, inclusiveness and recreational amenities.
The Inn at the Mission will bring an elegant blend of coastal beauty and classic charm to San Juan Capistrano. Adjacent to Mission San Juan Capistrano and steps from downtown, this historically inspired boutique hotel boasts one hundred twenty-six rooms, a grab-and-go bistro, day spa facility and conference center in the heart of Orange County.
Land Concern is incredibly honored to congratulate Andrew Bowden on receiving an American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) Council of Fellows nomination, in Service. A Council of Fellows nomination is one of the ASLA’s highest honors – granted to members who make exceptional contributions to the landscape architecture profession and society at large.
The Hilltop takes gold at the SoCal awards. Land Concern teams up with renowned ceramicist; Marlo Bartels, to create the Blackstone Art Walk. We unveil our work at La Floresta and Sendero Marketplace and more.

Hosted in beautiful Downtown Disney at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel, the 2017 SoCal Awards recently honored The Hilltop by Rancho Mission Viejo, with Best Community Amenity Feature.
